<strong>Fertiberia begin the year with a friendly win against Benidorm</strong>

Fertiberia Balonmano Puerto Sagunto beat Balonmano Benidorm 30-29 in their first friendly of the year. The red-and-white coach rotated the entire squad and defeated an Asobal side. Next Saturday, the red-and-white team will travel to Huesca to face Bada Huesca in the final preparation match of this winter period.

The friendly matches will take place at home on Thursday 19 January and away on Saturday 21 January. Fertiberia Handball Puerto Sagunto will play two preparation matches against Asobal teams this week. On Thursday 19 January, they will face Balonmano Benidorm at 8.30 pm at the Ovni. The match will pay tribute to the red-and-white academy players who took part in the CESA held on the Costa Blanca over the Christmas period. The match against the Alicante side will not be the only one, as on Saturday they will travel to Huesca to play Bada Huesca on Saturday 21 January at 4.30 pm.
