Pre-season began with a welcome speech from club president Juanjo Bataller and a talk by the red-and-white club doctor, José Ignacio, who introduced the young team to the medical protocol to be followed for COVID-19. Chen Pomeranz is already training with the team at the Ovni
The Fertiberia Balonmano Puerto Sagunto squad is now complete and ready to begin the season. International centre-back and left back Chen Pomeranz was one of the last players to join Vicent Nogués’ squad. The Israeli-German player arrived from his homeland last week for personal reasons and, after taking a coronavirus test and testing negative, is now training with the group on the Ovni court. Chen has said that he is very happy with the team and the city, and hopes to play at the Ovni soon and enjoy the red-and-white supporters, one of the main reasons that convinced him to come to Puerto de Sagunto.
