The recently appointed new president of Fertiberia Balonmano Puerto Sagunto, Carlos Argente, and part of his board, met this morning at Sagunto Town Hall with the municipality's mayor, Darío Moreno, and the Councillor for Physical Activity, Health and Sport, Javier Timón. Both officials received a representative delegation of Fertiberia Balonmano Puerto Sagunto directors in the Plenary Hall.
The initial meeting served as a first point of contact, including the presentation of the new board and part of the red-and-white project for the next four years.
“We introduced the new board. We addressed issues of particular importance, which are very important for the club. We are very pleased and satisfied with the support of Sagunto Town Hall,” says Carlos Argente.
“Our assessment is very positive because, as has always been the case, Sagunto Town Hall’s institutional support for our sporting and social project is always very strong. We appreciate the municipal corporation’s work in areas of sports development, especially handball, and our club’s role as an ambassador for the city,” stresses the Puerto Sagunto president.
“First of all, it is a message of complete gratitude, as it could not be otherwise, because ultimately what you are doing is sacrificing part of your time. We want things to go well for you because we know that this is good for the municipality at every level,” says Darío Moreno.
