Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Members

By this notice, and in accordance with the resolution adopted by the board of directors on 29 April 2025, the members of Fertiberia Balonmano Puerto Sagunto are called to the meeting to be held on Friday 6 June 2025, at 19:00 on the first call, 19:15 on the second call and 19:30 on the third call, to discuss the following agenda:

1. To approve the amount of membership fees for the 2025-2026 season.

2. To authorise the change of the registered and tax address to the Port de Sagunt Pavilion if the board of directors considers it appropriate.

3. Review, amendment and, where applicable, approval of the Club's statutes to adapt them to regional legislation, following the express recommendation of the Register of Sporting Entities of the Valencian Community.

We remind you that the resolutions adopted at the third call will be binding, regardless of the number of attendees. Please note that the documentation relating to the items to be discussed at the meeting is available to members from now until the meeting takes place. Members will also be entitled, upon written request, to receive a free copy by the means indicated in that request.
