The Valencian Community Handball Federation is organising a Provincial Representative Teams Tournament for the men’s INFANT, CADET and YOUTH categories as a parallel event to the 37th Copa de S.M. el Rey, TORREVIEJA 2012. All matches will be played on Sunday 11 March in the morning at the “Cecilio Gallego” Sports Hall in Torrevieja.
Players from the three provinces of our Community will compete in three competitions under the “3 in 1” format. Once the Tournament has concluded, all players will be able to attend the Copa del Rey final live, which will be played at the “Infanta Cristina” Sports Hall.
Our club has a strong representation in all three categories, with club members representing Valencia and Castellón
In the Valencia provincial youth team, Carles LLuna and Victor Calderón are our representatives, while Salvador Alfonso (born in Onda) will represent Castellón. In the cadet category, Gabi Sanchez, Adria Galan and Jose Piro will compete for Valencia, while Roberto Soriano(born in Almassora) and Alejandro Alfonso(born in Onda) will represent Castellón. The club’s youngest players are also represented: the infant players Juan Antonio Sarió, Guillermo Martinez and Carlos Cebrián will play for the Valencian team.
