Alser Puerto Sagunto establishes its academy structure
Alberto Estornell, Alser's Sporting Coordinator, has completed the academy's sporting structure in his first season leading Alser BM Puerto Sagunto's youth development project. A very varied mix of characteristics makes up the red-and-white academy's 2011–2012 coaching staff. Coaches continuing from the previous period, such as Rafa Martin Lorenzo, Francisco Chicharro or Nacho Blasamong others, are joined by the return of people closely linked to the red-and-white academy, such as Antonio Marzo, David Núñez or Goyo Puerta who returns to the club to take charge of specialised training for the academy's young talents. From another perspective, highly experienced coaches in working with young players, such as those mentioned above and Quique Herrero, are joined by young coaches for whom this will be their first experience of coaching. Names such as José Vicente Tomás or Tiri Aguiar who is making his coaching debut. There are also such established names as Vicente Sos, a national-level coach who, after managing Onda in the 1st Division, returns to the benches, attracted by the ambitious red-and-white project to lead a highly promising and ambitious regional youth team. To round off this review, we highlight the addition to the coaching staff of three men from the ASOBAL first team who are taking on the challenge of developing players. Pachi Peg will lead the specialist goalkeeping sessions, while Iago Muiña and Chelu Cid will serve as assistant coaches for the youth and performance infant teams.  The complete structure of the Alser BM Puerto Sagunto Academy is attached
