Meanwhile, the award for perseverance and effort went to Jose Vicente Tomas (Chovi), because this year he has coached more than four teams, including the Asobal and Primera Nacional sides. The best local coach was David Núñez, recognised for his career as a coach capable of taking the teams he manages to the highest level. Bar Colón received the award for its history of sponsorship and for supplying goods in kind to the red-and-white youngsters of the Primera Nacional team. The red-and-white Spartan award for Invisible Volunteer went to Juanjo Landete for the work he does with Fertiberia’s young goalkeepers. The Eighth Player award could go to no one other than Peña Marea Rojiblanca. The best local player, meanwhile, was the promising youth goalkeeper Héctor Molina Bazataquí.
