After reviewing the accounts for the 2025 financial year and the previous season, Carlos Argente presented the attending members with a budget of €1.1 million. To provide context, he recalled: “The budget for the 2010-11 season amounted to €791,000 and, adjusted for the cost of living and accumulated inflation, it is practically equivalent to the amount the club currently needs to face its return to the NEXUS ENERGÍA ASOBAL League and maintain an academy structure comprising 13 teams.”

Carlos Argente also explained how the club managed to return to ASOBAL 40 years later and what Fertiberia now needs to meet the challenge of competing in the top tier of Spanish handball. “This is the moment of truth.
