Everything is ready for Valencian handball to celebrate its festival tomorrow, Saturday, and for the official competitions in the Community to get under way.
And, as could not be otherwise, the chosen venue is the current temple of Valencian handball, the Ovni in Puerto Sagunto, the court where men's handball reaches its peak during Fertiberia Puerto Sagunto matches.
The Valencian Community Federation, which is organising the event, has prepared the following high-quality Valencian handball menu.
* Women's final: 17:00
H. CANYAMELAR VALENCIA (ABF League) v C.BM. MAR ALICANTE (ABF League)
* Men's final: 19:30
FERTIBERIA BM. PUERTO SAGUNTO (ASOBAL League) v BM. SERVIGROUP BENIDORM (Silver Division of Honour)
Both matches will be broadcast on a delayed basis by CANAL 9:
* Women's final, Saturday 7 September at 23:30
* Men's final, Sunday 8 September at 23:30.
FBMCV has put tickets for both matches on sale. They can be purchased at the pavilion ticket offices before the matches, with two different prices, to attend both finals:
* Members of the four qualifying teams: €5
* Other supporters: €10
Members under the age of 18 of these same teams will be admitted free on proof of membership. The remaining members of the qualifying teams must prove their membership when purchasing their tickets in order to benefit from this special rate.
