Change in the Sporting Management of the Alser BM Puerto Sagunto Academy

The Alser BM Puerto Board of Directors has decided not to renew Carlos Reolid as the Academy's Sporting Director for the 2011-2012 season.

Carlos Reolid has been responsible for the red-and-white youth setup for the last four seasons, during which he has carried out important work that this Board of Directors wishes to recognise. We thank Carlos Reolid for his work at the head of this project.

Alberto Estornell holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and is also completing his National Handball Coach qualification.

He has coached youth teams at some of the most prestigious academies in the city of Valencia, such as Calasanz and Marni, and for two years was the head coach of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, a Segunda Nacional team, with whom he contested two promotion phases to Primera Nacional.

A passionate handball enthusiast, he is tireless in his work. Combined with his knowledge and university sports training, as well as his understanding of the Alser's own character (for which he has been a goalkeeper and is currently assistant coach), these are proven qualities that this Board of Directors has valued highly in order to continue the Academy's sporting project.
