All agenda items approved at extraordinary general meeting

This afternoon, from 19:00, the extraordinary general meeting of the members of Fertiberia Balonmano Puerto Sagunto took place at the Civic Centre. The meeting was chaired by the club’s president, Carlos Argente; the general secretary, Ramón Gaspar; and Javi Sabio, head of finance.

Before addressing the agenda, the club’s 2024 annual accounts were submitted for approval following a prior review. The result was unanimous approval.

The first agenda item was approval of the membership fees for the 2025-2026 season. The main changes introduced by Carlos Argente and his new board compared with those in force until the 2024-2025 season were presented. This new membership policy was also approved. We also remind you that, over the coming weeks, further details of the campaign, as well as the renewal and new registration processes, will be announced through the club’s website and social media.

Next, the points identified by the Sports Entities Register that do not correspond to the Decree-Law of the Valencian Community were presented. Although no deadlines have been set, and taking advantage of the extraordinary general meeting, the statutes that must legally be filed with the register were put to a vote. Once again, the result was unanimous approval.

The final agenda item was authorisation to change Fertiberia Balonmano Puerto Sagunto’s registered and tax addresses. The possibility of transferring both addresses from the pavilion was discussed, subject to the board’s decision after certain procedures have been completed with Sagunto Town Council. This final vote also resulted in unanimous approval.

Although there is not yet a specific date, the next ordinary general meeting is expected to take place between September and October, and will address matters such as the budget for the next season. In tax terms, the 2025 budget was already approved at a previous meeting with the outgoing board.
